Spencer Fane attorney Karen Wohlgemuth was recently named Chair of the Development Committee for the Arizona Theatre Company (ATC) Board of Trustees.
Karen has been a part of ATC’s Board of Trustees since 2022. As her role with the nonprofit organization expands, she will continue supporting the theatre’s mission to “create world-class theatre about what it means to be alive today.” Each season, ATC collaborates with visionary artists to reach an audience of over 100,000 patrons through mainstage productions, student matinees, community outreach and education, and digital offerings.
At Spencer Fane, Karen’s family law practice includes matters related to divorce, premarital agreements, child support, spousal maintenance, grandparent visitation, and post-decree modifications handled through trial, mediation, arbitrations, and other manners of alternative dispute resolution. She also brings experience in civil and commercial litigation.
