Overview
Karen Wohlgemuth’s family law practice includes matters related to divorce, premarital agreements, child support, spousal maintenance, grandparent visitation, and post-decree modifications handled through trial, mediations, arbitrations, and other manners of alternative dispute resolution. She also brings experience in civil and commercial litigation.
Karen completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and earned her Juris Doctor from Arizona State’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. She is also a graduate of the FDCC Ladder Down Program for the class of 2019 and became a certified Family Law Mediator in 2021.
