Spencer Fane attorney Julie Jorgensen will co-present the Professional Liability Defense Federation webinar, The Care and Feeding of Expert Witnesses, on July 28.
During this presentation, Julie and her fellow panelists will share their insights, experiences, and practical strategies for identifying the right expert witnesses, building productive working relationships, and maximizing the value experts bring to a professional liability dispute. The discussion will include when to get an expert involved; how to navigate challenges regarding communicating, working with, and helping to generate the expert report; and the practicalities of collaborating effectively with experts to minimize potential risks and strengthen the impact of their opinions at trial.
Julie is an accomplished litigator with more than 25 years of experience trying matters in state and federal courts for a wide range of disputes, including breach of contract, business torts, and construction defect. At Spencer Fane, she harnesses extensive experience in professional liability matters, and regularly represents architects, engineers, accountants, attorneys, and real estate professionals, including property managers. Julie also frequently handles matters concerning catastrophic loss.
