Spencer Fane attorneys John Browning and Shawn Tuma will present at the State Bar of Texas Computer & Technology Section’s annual Technology and Justice for All CLE course.
Titled “Your Duty of Technical Competence,” the course will cover technology law as it relates to an attorney’s ability to practice. John will present “Cautionary Tales of Technical Incompetence” and Shawn discuss Cybersecurity law as part of the panel “Securing and Protecting Your Fort”.
