Spencer Fane attorney Jason Medley recently shared the hottest legal topics impacting the factoring and accounts receivable financing industries at the 30th Annual International Factoring Association (IFA) Conference on May 2 in Miami Beach, Florida.
During his presentation, Legal Panel at Lightning Speed, Jason and his fellow panelists addressed a wide range of legal issues and topics that constantly come up in relation to factoring and secured lending by responding to a series of rapid-fire questions. The interactive session polled attendees before the panel responded, then showed the results so attendees could see if the panel agreed or disagreed with their response.
The three-day conference was designed to equip attendees with the insights and strategies to supercharge businesses, careers, and portfolios. The firm also served as a sponsor of the event.
