Spencer Fane attorney Jason Kathman presented at a Tarrant County Bar Association (TCBA) Brown Bag Seminar on April 28 in Fort Worth, Texas.
Jason’s session, Issues Potentially Affecting Bankruptcy Filings, was the final presentation for the half-day CLE event, Hot Topics in Law. Attendees also got to enjoy lunch and insights from other legal leaders on subjects such as ADA claims and Texas election and gun laws.
The TCBA is a nonprofit professional organization comprising more than 2,600 lawyers, judges, law students, and other legal professionals in and around Tarrant County. It exists to improve the administration of justice, elevate standards of professional conduct, support professional development, and promote respect for the legal profession by the public.
At Spencer Fane, Jason represents clients in bankruptcy proceedings and litigation, helping them win favorable outcomes so they can concentrate on running their businesses.
