This six-credit CLE event provided thoughtful programming on the changing legal landscape for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. James joined Mandy Young (Butler Snow) and Andrea Blackman (City of Nashville and Davidson County) for the session, DEI Under Government Scrutiny and Political Pressures. The presentation explored the challenges and opportunities facing organizations, institutions, and legal professionals as they navigate increased legal, political, and public scrutiny for their inclusion initiatives.
