Spencer Fane is pleased to announce attorney and DEI Committee Chair James Crumlin as a 2024 Women, Influence & Power in Law (WIPL) Awards honoree. Firm nominees Amy Harris (UMB Financial Corp) and Julie Stencel (Xcel Energy) also received WIPL honors from ALM’s Corporate Counsel.
The WIPL Awards celebrate in-house and law firm women leaders and allies who have demonstrated a commitment to advancing women’s empowerment in the legal industry. Following last year’s Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Team honor for Spencer Fane, James has been named a 2024 Law Firm Ally of the Year for his profound commitment to firm DEI initiatives and his advocacy for women and other marginalized groups. Amy and Julie earned In-House Innovative Leadership and Mentor & Mentee Collaboration honors, respectively, for their positive impact on their organizations and industry colleagues.
James, Amy, and Julie will be formally recognized at a September 24 awards dinner as part of Corporate Counsel’s Women, Influence & Power in Law Conference in Chicago.
