Helen’s presentation, Separation Anxiety, will cover best practices for planning and executing layoffs, terminations, and employee departure. This session will include guidance for employing separation agreements following the National Labor Relations Board decision in McLaren McComb, which restricts the inclusion of confidentiality and non-disparagement provisions in separation agreements.
