This year, Heather is one of 60 recipients of this honor, representing just 14% of her Pathfinders cohort.
At Spencer Fane, Heather is a dedicated member of the firm’s Corporate and Business Transactions and Financial Services groups. Her practice focuses on corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial real estate lending, and tax law. This work has earned Heather Ones to Watch recognition from Best Lawyers in America for the past four years in multiple categories.
