Spencer Fane attorneys Governor Brad Henry and Andy Lester recently joined Death Penalty Information Center (DPIC) executive director Robert Dunham on the August 2022 episode of the DPIC podcast to discuss Oklahoma’s capital punishment system.
The monthly DPIC podcast aims to feature perspectives from “death penalty experts about timely death penalty developments in the news.”
In the accompanying article, Gov. Henry and Andy outline the Oklahoma Death Penalty Review Commission’s comprehensive report issued in 2017. Gov. Henry and Andy served as co-chairs of the Commission.
