Spencer Fane attorney Eleanor D’Ambrosio joined a panel at the 2022 Public Utility Law Section (PULS) of the State Bar of Texas’ Annual Conference on August 19 in Austin, Texas.
During the presentation, Water Case Law and Recent PUC Decisions, Eleanor shared the latest changes to statutes and administrative rules and recent regulatory decisions that will impact the water utility industry. Eleanor was joined by Geoff Kirshbaum, Terrill & Waldrop; and John Harrison, Public Utility Commission of Texas. Jamie Mauldin, Lloyd Gosselink Rochelle & Townsend, moderated the discussion.
