Spencer Fane attorney Cody Faulk presented at the Austin Bar Association’s Admin Law All Day CLE, Anatomy of a Rate Case, on February 28 in Austin, Texas.
In addition to offering both breakfast and lunch, the event provided over seven hours of programming. Cody co-led the late afternoon session on administrative litigation best practices for rate cases, including discovery, experts, hearing on the merits, and post-hearing briefing.
At Spencer Fane, Cody co-leads the firm’s Utilities team. He represents investor and municipally owned utility clients in both routine and complicated administrative, transactional, operational, and regulatory issues, helping them capitalize on financial benefits in operations while avoiding potential crises. He specifically focuses on regulatory and enforcement proceedings for municipalities, utilities, and landowners before the Public Utility Commission of Texas, Railroad Commission of Texas, Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), and the State Office of Administrative Hearings.
