As part of its insightful programming, Cathy served as moderator for the Future-Proofing Against Extreme Weather: Strategies and Insights panel.
This panel explored key takeaways from recent extreme weather events such as Winter Storms Uri and Elliott, which highlighted significant vulnerabilities in the bulk electric system. Cathy and her fellow thought leaders examined the proactive measures being implemented to bolster weather preparedness and discussed ongoing challenges and potential barriers to achieving comprehensive weather preparedness in the energy sector.
