Spencer Fane attorney Bill Hopkins will present at the Healthcare Leaders Association of Nevada (HLA Nevada) 2024 Annual Conference, Beating the Odds, on September 13 in Las Vegas.
Held at the Culinary Academy of Las Vegas, this gathering provides educational and networking opportunities to health care industry professionals. Bill’s session, Corporate Practice of Medicine, will outline components of corporate medicine practice, including the role of management services organizations. Ayesha Mehdi presented on the same topic at the HLA Southern Nevada Member Meeting earlier this year.
At the firm, Bill serves as Office Managing Partner for the Austin office and as a member of the Spencer Fane DEI Committee. As an attorney, he helps to protect health care providers and health care companies against the many potential pitfalls in the industry, serving as both an advocate and educator for his clients in administrative law, regulatory defense, transactional work, compliance, and litigation.
