During Shilee’s session “Industry Legalities – Arbitration Clauses and Complaints,” she gave an update on arbitration and litigation in state and federal trial and appellate courts.
Mathew led “The Culture, The Responsibility, The Law,” covering attorney responsibility and recent legal developments. He also joined the panel discussion, “Fireside Chat ‘Getting on the Right Track’ Post Pandemic Revitalization,” which focused on ways to adjust to long-term pandemic-induced industry changes.
Shawn presented during the “Cybersecurity” session, where he provided an overview of cybersecurity and cyber risk management. Shawn explained the incident response process and best practices for representing clients in litigation involving cyber-related claims.
