Spencer Fane attorneys Andy Federhar, Terence Ridley, and Kurt Rozelsky were recently selected for inclusion for the 2022 Benchmark Litigation Star list. Honorees are selected through a research and interview process for being “one of the preeminent litigation practitioners in the US.”
Andy was selected as “Local Litigation Star” in the Arizona jurisdiction for commercial, product liability and recall, and professional liability practice areas. Terence was acknowledged as a “Future Star” in the Colorado jurisdiction. Kurt was recognized as “Local Litigation Star” in the South Carolina and the United States (National) jurisdictions for aviation, environmental, insurance, and product liability and recall practice areas.
At Spencer Fane, Andy is a litigator, focusing his practice on complex litigation involving real estate, pharmaceuticals, government, telecommunications, procurement, and insurance bad faith. He is also an active member of Arizona’s legal community. Terence focuses his practice on assisting clients in civil litigation related to a variety of insurance matters, including property, casualty, construction defect, cyber security, environmental, fidelity, and class actions. He was recently inducted as a fellow of the American College of Coverage Counsel and became the Chair of the Colorado Bar Association’s Committee on Insurance. Kurt provides pragmatic and effective litigation solutions for clients nationwide, helping them navigate difficult circumstances involving potential financial and legal liability. He is also involved in numerous professional organizations, including the American College of Trial Lawyers, where he serves as a Fellow.
