Spencer Fane attorney Andrea Chase was recently honored with the 40 Under 40 award by the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI). The organization identifies forty “top industry professionals” who have made an impact on the insolvency industry.
“The 2021 honorees are a testament to the future of the insolvency profession, with exemplary accomplishments in both their careers and communities,” said ABI Executive Director Amy Quackenboss. “We look forward to this diverse collection of young leaders propelling ABI’s full range of activities forward to advance the profession.”
Andrea received the honor for her dedication to her legal practice. At Spencer Fane, Andrea represents secured and unsecured creditors and bankruptcy trustees in bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy insolvency proceedings such as receiverships and foreclosure proceedings, out of court workouts and restructurings, and other related insolvency matters.
