Titled “What tenants and landlords need to know about COVID-19’s effects on commercial leases,” the article outlines the provisions in leases that may affect the tenant and landlord relationship.
“The full impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on commercial real estate won’t be known for some time,” Amy explained in the article. “Commercial lease negotiations between landlords and tenants will undoubtedly take into account the unprecedented situation for years to come.”
