Spencer Fane attorney Amy Mistler was recently appointed to the Board of Directors for the Missouri Growth Association (MGA).
The MGA specializes in the commercial real estate industry, supporting actions that generate economic growth for all business sectors and that cultivate job opportunities. In her role on the Board, Amy will work to support the organization’s goal to build a strong economy in Missouri by advocating for the reform of policies and programs that impede the state’s economic growth and sustainability.
At Spencer Fane, Amy’s practice focuses on the representation of developers, investors, lenders, and borrowers in all type of real estate transactions, including, counseling clients on issues related to zoning, finance, and land development.
