Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce Carly Sirota joined the Labor and Employment practice group as an associate in the firm’s Denver office. She brings a unique combination of experience in private practice and government roles.
Most recently, Carly served as an Honors Attorney for the United States Postal Service (USPS), handling employment matters for the federal agency. In addition, she previously spent time as both an associate attorney and law clerk for a midsized law firm. Her experience includes preventive counseling and development and implementation of effective policies and procedures to reduce the potential for litigation but also handling matters in courts and other legal venues when necessary.
In addition, Carly boasts experience in conducting training sessions for employers on high-profile issues related to employment law.

Carly completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Massachusetts Amherst’s Isenberg School of Management and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law. While in law school, she completed an internship in the USPS labor and employment legal division that preceded her eventual professional work with the agency.
