Information Technology Support Analyst – Denver, CO

The IT Support Analyst position is a full-time position in our Denver, CO office. This position is responsible for acting as a primary contact for on-site technical support and a secondary point of contact for end-users and escalation for Help Desk. This role requires a confident and professional individual with strong technology skills, troubleshooting expertise, and a commitment to extraordinary customer service. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years Desktop support or Help Desk II experience and in depth knowledge of operating systems and user applications. Tax Credit Associate – Minneapolis, MN, Kansas City, MO; St. Louis, MO; Denver, CO; Dallas, TX, Houston, TX; Phoenix, AZ

Spencer Fane is looking for a real estate attorney to join our tax credit finance practice group in our Minneapolis, MN, Kansas City, MO; St. Louis, MO; Denver, CO; Dallas, TX, Houston, TX; or Phoenix, AZ offices. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience representing clients on historic, new markets, low income, energy, and similar tax credit finance experience. This position will involve significant focus on representing investors, lenders and developers in tax credit related projects.

Legal Administrative Assistant – Litigation – Denver, CO

The Legal Administrative Assistant position is a non-exempt, full-time position. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to multiple attorneys and timekeepers in various practice areas of law. It requires a confident, proactive professional with solid administrative experience. The ideal candidate will possess superb organizational skills, the ability to handle a multitude of tasks simultaneously, adapt quickly to meet deadlines and regularly exercise independent judgment.

Office Administrator – Dallas, TX

The Office Administrator is responsible for general administration and daily operations of one or more offices. The position will be responsible for people management of the following departments including reception, office services, records specialists, paralegal assistants, paralegals, legal administrative assistants, and partnering with the Senior Director of Administration and Office Managing Partner on any office related issues. Additionally, this role will liaison with all shared services departments. 

Commercial Litigation Attorney – St. Louis, MO

Spencer Fane has an opening in our Clayton office for a Commercial Litigation attorney with 5 or more years of experience. An ideal candidate will have experience with all phases of complex commercial litigation, including fact investigation, legal research, drafting discovery, preparing pleadings, taking and defending depositions, participating in mediations, communicating with opposing counsel and clients, and appearing in court for motions and pre-hearing proceedings.  Prior law firm experience is preferred.

Real Estate Associate – St. Louis, MO

Spencer Fane is seeking an experienced Associate to join our growing Real Estate practice group in our St. Louis office. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience involving complex real estate matters. Qualified applicants will have significant experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases, representing clients in purchases and sales of commercial properties, drafting and negotiating easements, licenses, and other real estate agreements, performing real estate due diligence, and interpreting real estate and finance documents. Successful candidates will be self-starters and will be able to manage their time between multiple matters while producing high quality work on a consistent basis.
