The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of corporate law experience. Applicants should have experience with corporate governance, commercial transactions, securities, and mergers and acquisitions.

Real Estate Associate – St. Louis (Clayton), MO

Spencer Fane is seeking an experienced Associate to join our growing Real Estate practice group in our St. Louis office. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience involving complex real estate matters. Qualified applicants will have significant experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases, representing clients in purchases and sales of commercial properties, drafting and negotiating easements, licenses, and other real estate agreements, performing real estate due diligence, and interpreting real estate and finance documents. Successful candidates will be self-starters and will be able to manage their time between multiple matters while producing high quality work on a consistent basis.

Help Desk Supervisor – Kansas City, MO

To manage the performance of support to clients (internal and external) and ensure that service levels are achieved. To ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded. Responsible for ensuring that staff are meeting and exceeding expectations in regards to performance, meeting defined metrics/benchmarks, and that standards and processes are followed to provide effective customer service and meet requirements.

Employee Benefits Associate – Denver, CO

Spencer Fane has an opening in our Denver office for an attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing Employee Benefits practice group. An ideal candidate will have relevant ERISA, tax, or benefits experience, but these are not required if the candidate is a self-starter, a quick learner, and has a keen interest in employee benefits law. Prior law firm experience is a plus.
