Spencer Fane is pleased to announce attorney Beth Nillen has achieved the designation of Association of Workplace Investigators Certificate Holder (AWI-CH).
This elite achievement arrives on the heels of Beth’s successful completion of the AWI Training Institute. In passing the program’s rigorous exam requirements, Beth affirms that she possesses the necessary knowledge and skills to perform effective and impartial workplace investigations.
At Spencer Fane, Beth combines her more than 15 years of employment law background, her recent experience as an ICU nurse, and knowledge as a health care lawyer to investigate employment claims for various health care companies. Beth also handles day-to-day legal affairs for her clients, representing them in all facets of the employment relationship in addition to their health care law-related concerns.
