Spencer Fane is pleased to announce Tracey Wallace as part of Dallas Business Journal’s 2026 Women in Business class.
Selected from over 200 nominations, this year’s 30 Women in Business have been formally recognized as influential within their organizations and the greater North Texas business community. In addition to enjoying a celebratory luncheon on August 27, Tracey and her fellow honorees were profiled by the publication for their achievements, personal interests, and career insights.
“Become proficient in what you do, maintain contacts and grow your network,” Tracey shared as her best piece of advice.
At Spencer Fane, Tracey helps clients proactively address critical labor and employment legal issues through preventive advice and counseling, allowing employers to minimize the risk of costly regulatory and compliance issues or litigious claims. With a broad range of experience in private practice, her highly visible practice represents an array of state, national, and international clients in the full spectrum of employment- and discrimination-related matters, often providing advice and counsel regarding FLSA reclassification and misclassification concerns and initiatives.
Tracey also serves on the firm’s 13-person DEI Committee, which works in tandem with other Spencer Fane leadership to organize and promote an extensive array of inclusivity-focused initiatives and groups. This work, in addition to her previous role as Co-Chair of the firm’s LGBTQIA+ affinity group, demonstrates her focus on expanding opportunities for all legal professionals to connect, succeed, and advance a culture of belonging.
