This exclusive program allows highly regarded business leaders to enhance their civic service skills. Over a 10-month period, Liz and her fellow Leadership OKC participants will delve into their community’s history, opportunities, and challenges. They will connect with community leaders, build lasting relationships, and evolve their talents and perspective to magnify their civic impact.
At Spencer Fane, Liz helps businesses, entrepreneurs, and artists assess and protect their brands, inventions, creative products, and ideas to leverage IP portfolios and enhance business options. She strategically counsels clients on due diligence, patents, trademarks, copyrights, entertainment law, and internet law, as well as licensing, transactional, adversarial, and litigation matters. She excels in holistic IP management by collaborating with more narrowly focused colleagues to develop global IP and IP-adjacent approaches to strengthen companies’ market positions.
Liz’s dedication to community engagement extends well beyond her legal practice. In addition to her new involvement with Leadership OKC, she has served fulfilled leadership roles with a variety of Oklahoma City organizations, including deadCenter Film Organization, Catalyst of Allied Arts, Ignite OKC, and the Oklahoma City University School of Law Alumni Association, while remaining an active member of Rotary Club of Oklahoma City. This long-standing involvement reflects her passion for supporting the communities she serves.
