Spencer Fane is pleased to return as a sponsor for the ACC Colorado In-House Counsel Forum on May 7 in Englewood, Colorado. Attorney Robin Nolan will co-lead a session alongside frequent firm collaborator Julie Stencel (Xcel Energy).
Featuring a keynote from renowned communication Cara Hale Alter and six other dynamic presentations, the Forum will provide one of the premier educational experiences ACC Colorado is known for. During their session, Managing Outside Counsel Relationships: What In-House Counsel Expect (and What Actually Works), Robin and Julie will explore best practices in-house counsel can leverage to capture maximum value in their relationship with outside law firms.
At the firm, Robin is a partner and co-chair of the firm’s Real Estate Development Market Team. Robin assists her commercial real estate clients with negotiating and drafting documents for real estate projects from the ground up, including purchase and sale contracts, easements, title review, restrictive covenants, declarations and maintenance agreements, leases, financing documents, and construction contracts. Robin represents multi-family housing operators; shopping center, office, warehouse, multi-family, and single-family housing developers; purchasers and sellers of real estate; borrowers; and commercial landlords and tenants. Her representation includes development, acquisitions, dispositions, corporate transactions, leasing, and financing. She dedicates herself to understanding her clients’ needs and then planning, designing, and implementing strategies to address those needs.
