Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to welcome Alicia Daniels-Hill to the firm’s Nashville, Tennessee, office as an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group.
Supported by a background in the public sector, Alicia ensures her clients’ compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations while meticulously analyzing potential points of leverage. A former prosecutor, she employs her diverse skill set to navigate a wide variety of litigation matters, working from intake through trial or alternative dispute resolution to resolve complex and contentious disputes.
Alicia most recently worked in the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office as a senior assistant attorney general, where she primarily conducted investigations into non-compliance with consumer protection laws in marketing, sales, finance, and insurance.
“As our Nashville office continues to welcome talented new attorneys, we relish in the unique skills and experience that each brings to expand our capabilities,” said Samuel Jackson, office managing partner for Spencer Fane in Nashville. “Alicia’s background at the Tennessee AG’s Office will be a critical tool within her private litigation practice, where her tireless advocacy rooted in public service and robust, detail-oriented arguments will flourish.”
Before joining Spencer Fane, Alicia practiced for nearly six years at the Legal Aid Society of Columbus, Ohio, where she litigated matters involving consumer protection, real estate, domestic employment, public benefits, and reentry issues.
Alicia completed her bachelor’s degree cum laude from Case Western Reserve University before earning her Juris Doctor from Ohio State University’s Moritz College of Law.
