Alicia Daniels-Hill provides well-rounded advocacy for clients navigating a wide variety of litigation matters, working from intake through trial or alternative dispute resolution to resolve complex and contentious disputes. Supported by a background in the public sector, she employs a detail-oriented approach to her work, ensuring her clients’ compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations while meticulously analyzing potential points of leverage.

Prior to entering private practice, Alicia worked in the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office as a senior assistant attorney general, where she primarily conducted investigations into non-compliance with consumer protection laws in marketing, sales, finance, and insurance. She performed extensive research, drafted necessary legal documents, and handled prosecution in state and federal courts.

Alicia began her career providing legal aid to individuals with low incomes. In this role, she litigated cases involving consumer protection, housing, public benefits, financial assistance programs, and family law, experience which contributes to a multifaceted perspective in her current practice.
