Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to welcome Mary E. Burgoyne to the firm’s St. Louis office as an associate in the Corporate and Business Transactions practice group.
Mary advises private equity firms and strategic companies on a wide range of critical transactions, concentrating on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. In her focus areas as well as in day-to-day corporate decision-making, she develops and optimizes short- and long-term strategies for favorable outcomes and improved business operations.
Mary primarily works in the health care, food and beverage, and life sciences industries.

After receiving her bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from Georgetown University, Mary earned her Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law. Prior to moving to St. Louis, she gained experience working at a large international law firm in Philadelphia.
