As part of the publication’s overview on the Texas legislature’s 89th session, Shawn and Christine’s piece outlines the state’s latest and most impactful changes to technology law. The team discussed the Texas Responsible Artificial Intelligence Governance Act (TRAIGA), the Texas Cybersecurity Program Safe Harbor Law, the newly created state agency known as Texas Cyber Command, and more.
