Spencer Fane was honored to host An Evening of Networking and Digital Assets on August 20 at the firm’s Denver, Colorado office. The event featured a stimulating conversation between attorney Emma Channing and special guest Amanda Wick, author of “The Catalysts,” founder & CEO at the Association for Women In Cryptocurrency, and principal at Incite Consulting.
Following Emma’s opening remarks, the pair discussed the rise of digital assets such as cryptocurrency alongside ongoing developments such as the GENIUS Act (signed into force on July 18), and the CLARITY and Anti-CBDC Acts (currently in the Senate). Attendees gained enhanced understanding of these and other upcoming legal, technology, and business developments such as their profound effects on the financial market and everyday operations.
