Mallory J. Craig
Overview
Mallory Craig focuses her practice on representing real estate developers in both commercial and residential development. More broadly, she counsels clients in the creation and administration of special purpose districts, employing her highly collaborative, detail-oriented skill set as she works with special districts, municipalities, and other government entities to successfully navigate each stage of funding and development.
A former Texas resident, Mallory has represented clients before The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and The Texas Legislature as well as cities, counties, and various regional service providers. She specializes in the use of special purpose districts to finance development, including municipal utility districts, water control and improvement districts, fresh water supply districts, and public improvement districts.
In addition, Mallory provides general, bond, disclosure, and underwriters counsel services for a wide variety of clients, issuers, and purchasers.
