Spencer Fane is pleased to announce attorney Servando Sandoval’s inclusion on the Daily Journal’s 2025 list of Top Labor and Employment Lawyers.
This honor recognizes Servando as a leader in California labor and employment law, and he was featured in a special supplement of the Daily Journal. In his honoree profile, he discussed his pathway into his current profession and a unique case he is currently working on.
“I did a clerkship at a Los Angeles firm, and I saw that I really liked the legal world,” Servando said, noting that he particularly enjoys the variety his career has to offer.
At Spencer Fane, Servando represents both for-profit and nonprofit owners, property managers and developers, employers, and other businesses and individuals involved in state and federal litigation and administrative hearings. He also provides guidance to his clients in all aspects of day-to-day employment issues, including but not limited to discrimination, sexual harassment, leaves of absence, and wage and hour claims.
