Spencer Fane attorney Julie Jorgensen is one of the featured panelists at the Professional Liability Defense Federation’s 2025 Annual Meeting, focused on the latest developments in professional negligence claims. The meeting will take place September 17-19 at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas and includes a full schedule of exciting CE / CLE sessions in addition to networking activities and other social events.

The panelists will discuss increased liability exposure caused by climate change, specifically, an uptick in claims against design professionals, agents, and brokers. They will also examine the potential effects from a geographical perspective, highlighting the cities and regions most at risk for natural disasters and other severe weather events.
