Spencer Fane attorney Jeremy Brenner presented Part III of the National Business Institute (NBI)’s six-part course, Marijuana Business Operations in Missouri, which went live on June 30.
The full-day program features the insights of several legal thought leaders on the complexities, challenges, and opportunities present in the rapidly expanding cannabis industry. In his session – Human Resources, Labor, and Employment – Jeremy provides practical advice for choosing and assembling the right leadership team; hiring, staffing, and training for a cannabis business; and adhering to corporate governance.
Jeremy also recently lent his considerable labor and employment knowledge to the NBI course, Missouri Human Resource Law 2025.
At the firm, Jeremy advises employers and managers on all aspects of employment law focused on preventing and avoiding employee disputes. He has served as a strategic business partner to employers for more than 16 years, both as an HR consultant and as an employment attorney.
