Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce the hiring of Preston Enoch as an associate in the firm’s Litigation practice group.
A 2015 graduate of the Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law, Enoch has experience representing individuals and businesses, as both plaintiffs and defendants, in commercial and fiduciary litigation. His early successes include obtaining a unanimous jury verdict in a breach of contract claim.
“Spencer Fane continues to seek out individuals who add depth to our practice in Dallas,” said Jason Cross, Spencer Fane managing partner for the Dallas office. “Preston brings a strong pedigree, and we are thrilled to have him join our growing team.”
Enoch completed his undergraduate education at the University of Oklahoma. During law school, Enoch served as intern with the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office. Additionally, Enoch has a strong history of community involvement, including work as a Reaching Our Community’s Kids (R.O.C.K.) camp counselor for underprivileged youth in the Rowlett/Garland area of Texas, volunteer work at the Second Chance Animal Sanctuary in Norman, Oklahoma, and service as a mentor and sponsor for students at O’Banion Middle School in Garland, Texas.
