Spencer Fane Team Presents Cybersecurity Talk at ACC Colorado CLE Dinner

February 24, 2023

Spencer Fane was pleased to sponsor the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Colorado Chapter’s CLE Dinner on January 25 in Greenwood Village. Attorneys Jon Watson, Shawn Tuma, and Jeremy Rucker represented the firm during their cybersecurity presentation at Eddie V’s Prime Seafood restaurant.

Jon moderated the discussion, Cyber for the Rest of Us: Two Simple Guys Talk About Cybersecurity and Cyber Risk Management. During the event, Shawn and Jeremy utilized their decades of real-world experience to address many legal, compliance, and regulatory issues that arise from cyberattacks. They explained these issues’ significant impact on companies and demonstrated how companies can develop and mature their cyber risk management program.

This CLE Dinner is one of many such events that ACC Colorado – the founding and original ACC chapter – holds throughout the year for its members to provide timely substantive information, social networking, and practice group sessions.
