We assist manufacturers in preparing distribution agreements that govern the product distribution relationship between manufacturers and wholesalers and between wholesalers and retailers. We also counsel manufacturers about state laws requiring the termination of dealers with advance notice and for “good cause” in certain circumstances and help manufacturers navigate the inventory repurchase obligations that exist when terminating dealers.
