Valentine Uduebor
Overview
Valentine Uduebor is a litigation attorney whose practice focuses on complex insurance coverage and first-party disputes, including breach of contract and bad faith matters, with an emphasis on high-exposure property and casualty claims. He regularly advises clients on novel and complex coverage issues and works closely with stakeholders to develop practical, risk-averse strategies aimed at resolving disputes efficiently and avoiding unnecessary litigation. When litigation becomes necessary, he brings years of experience and sound judgment to defending breach of policy and extra-contractual claims in courts across the country.
Valentine has substantial experience evaluating and litigating first-party property claims arising from large-loss events. His practice centers on coverage interpretation, damages analysis, and the effective management of disputes involving significant exposure and complex factual records.
In addition to his first-party practice, Valentine has also served as national trial counsel and coordinating counsel for insurance carriers, including excess and surplus lines insurers, in high-stakes litigation across multiple jurisdictions.
Valentine’s broader experience includes insurance coverage and commercial litigation involving construction disputes, products liability matters, professional liability coverage issues involving corporate executives, environmental liability claims, and health and life insurance wrongful denial and bad faith matters.
Valentine is actively involved in firm leadership and professional development initiatives and serves as Chair of the firm’s BOND Committee.
