Overview
Sadaf Deedar’s legal and professional experience informs her approach to handling patent prosecution and litigation, trademark prosecution and litigation, internet law, and trade secrets.
Prior to entering private practice, Sadaf served as a patent administrator for a technology company specializing in low-cost point-of-care diagnostics and health information. She also completed an internship with a boutique law practice in Atlanta working specifically with patent applications, nondisclosure agreements, and legal research on patent decisions involving artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Sadaf completed her undergraduate studies at Emory University in chemistry, obtained a master’s in biology from Georgia State University, and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center. While in law school, she served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Andrew Edison in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
