Overview
Ryan Barber assists clients as a member of the firm’s Corporate and Business Transactions practice group. His practice focuses on supporting clients’ businesses at every stage, from formation and organization to governance to sale or merger. His corporate law experience includes drafting formation and transaction documents, performing research to resolve issues with governance, and conducting due diligence during mergers and acquisitions.
While in law school, Ryan was the note and comment editor for the Saint Louis University Law Journal.
