Additionally, he has represented landlords, including one of the world’s largest food retailers, achieving timely and cost-effective outcomes in landlord-tenant disputes.

- Obtained summary judgment for a national health insurance carrier against a third party billing agent who asserted claims for fraud, fraud by nondisclosure defamation, tortious interference with existing contract, and tortious interference with prospective business relations.
- Successfully defended against a lawsuit involving claims of legal malpractice, fraud, breach of contract, negligent misrepresentation, negligence, violations of the Texas deceptive trade practices act, and promissory estoppel, among others.
