Hunter Roser helps clients navigate a wide variety of litigation matters, with a focus on complex financial and securities litigation, where he uses both broad financial services industry insights and a strong working knowledge of complex and often overlapping FINRA and SEC regulations to develop comprehensive and detail-oriented litigation strategies.
Backed by early experience working across several sophisticated and high-stakes matters, Hunter has notably assisted with RICO claims, usury claims, and disputes that arise under the Defense Base Act. His understanding of complex regulatory frameworks – and how quickly they can evolve – allows him to develop highly adaptable legal strategies that shift with client needs.
