Hailey Winn
Overview
Hailey Winn helps clients develop strategies which minimize risk and maximize value while meeting their specific needs and objectives. Whether through litigation or alternative dispute resolution, she works collaboratively with colleagues to assess optimal legal pathways and proactively respond in clients’ best interests. She understands that each client’s priorities are different and helps them to craft solutions that best align with their needs.
Within the broad scope of her practice, Hailey works closely with the Corporate and Business Transactions and White Collar Defense and Investigations practice groups, helping craft agile, risk-averse solutions to complex business challenges and high-stakes disputes. She also practices commercial litigation, particularly complex commercial litigation, breach of contract claims, professional liability cases, and corporate and partnership disputes.
Hailey previously worked as a summer associate at Spencer Fane where she was able to gain valuable experience in a broad range of practice areas, including commercial litigation, corporate transactions, and criminal defense.
During law school, Hailey was a member of the school’s trial advocacy team, a Quinney Fellow, and co-authored an article for the Utah Bar Journal with Keith Call. She volunteered at several pro bono clinics during law school, particularly at Wills for Heroes, and earned a Certificate of Service.
