Christiana Leinbaugh represents clients in complex commercial and business litigation, combining creative and practical strategies to obtain favorable results. Her work with businesses and individuals primarily involves matters related to tort claims, partnership disputes, employment, creditor’s rights, breaches of contract, and construction.
By focusing on advancing her clients’ interests at each stage of the litigation process, Christiana ensures her strategies are oriented by sound rationale while remaining adaptable to shifting objectives. She recognizes the multifaceted nature of business disputes and proactively works to protect her clients’ reputations while preserving their relationships whenever possible.
While earning her Juris Doctor at the University of North Texas at Dallas, Christiana was actively involved in campus organizations and gained necessary skills managing casework as a law clerk for two Dallas-area firms. Her notable titles included president of the Board of Advocates, vice president of the Student Business Law Society, and senior editor for the UNT Dallas Law Review. She was also a Moot Court Travel Team member and served as a teaching fellow for the university’s Legal Writing Program. Prior to law school, Christiana earned her B.A. from the University of Oklahoma where she was a member of the Varsity Women’s Tennis Team.
