Overview
Catherine Weiss Butto represents corporations and individuals in a broad array of civil matters. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and employment counseling and disputes.
Bringing a strategic and analytical approach to high-stakes litigation, Catherine guides clients through every stage of legal processes, from pre-litigation and settlement assessments to discovery, motion practice, and resolution. She works closely with clients to develop tailored defense strategies that protect their interests while managing reputational and legal risks. Catherine has experience in state and federal court across a range of jurisdictions.
Catherine also successfully prevents and addresses discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims on behalf of employers and managers, and counsels her clients through various day-to-day labor issues.
