Caleb Rush guides lenders and borrowers through the structuring, documentation, and negotiation of various financial transactions. His practice involves a broad range of projects, like construction, builder finance, hotel development, floor plan financing, and residential and retail developments, as well as various types of collateral, such as accounts receivable and inventory, commercial real estate and aircraft. In this capacity, Caleb enjoys collaborating with clients, internal team members and opposing counsel during the transaction process.
