Overview

Ashley Dickerson represents clients across an expansive national asbestos practice as well as in product liability and other toxic tort matters, seamlessly managing cases from inception to conclusion with an intentional focus on mitigating risk and maximizing value.

Within her day-to-day practice, Ashley conducts legal research and analysis and develops and executes litigation strategies. She has drafted pleadings, motions, briefs, and opinions and has conducted extensive civil discovery, including fact investigation, exhibit management, and document review. Ashley has also retained experts, taken and defended depositions, handled motions practice – including oral argument – and represented clients in mediations and arbitrations. Notably, she served as National Discovery Coordination Counsel for one of the world’s largest automobile manufacturers.

Ashley is heavily involved in the Arizona legal community and is an active member of the Arizona Black Bar, Arizona Association of Defense Counsel, and the State Bar of Arizona, where she has held multiple leadership roles within the Environmental and Natural Resources Law section and the Young Lawyer’s Division. A strong proponent of diversity initiatives, she was also selected to be one of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s Pathfinders in 2023, a leadership program which selects high-potential, early-career attorneys from underrepresented backgrounds.

While earning her Juris Doctor at Arizona State University, Ashley primarily focused on environmental, energy, water, natural resources, and Federal Indian law and obtained a Law and Sustainability Certificate.
