Overview
Amy Mitchell represents clients through a wide range of personal injury, construction defect, and commercial litigation matters, effectively managing all aspects of casework from inception to conclusion. During nearly four decades as an attorney, she has handled more than 3,000 litigation cases and successfully tried over 80 trials by utilizing her multifaceted skills as a powerful trial advocate and certified arbitrator to achieve favorable outcomes both in and out of the courtroom.
Amy cares about her clients. She listens to and takes into consideration her clients’ needs, striving to not only meet, but exceed their expectations. By working directly with her clients and opposing parties, Amy ensures a quick, reasonable, and efficient resolution of cases. Her practical and economical solutions are also applied to her more complex casework, which includes class actions, multi-party death cases and injury cases, and appeals.
With previous experience working for multiple national insurance carriers, Amy’s depth of knowledge has resulted in considerable success at every level, from pre-suit through trial and appellate proceedings. She has practiced in county and state courts as well as in every federal district in Texas. Notably, Amy previously helped plan and conduct seminars on immigration law and fee agreements which were presented to over 100 lawyers and judges.
